We believe that God is essentially a God of love. In other words, He cares about each and every person on this planet earth and the proof of that love is His willingness to accept and bless each and every person. God does not play favourites - the conditions are the same for all; the invitation has gone out but the important decision lies with each individual either to come God's way or take one's own way.

The Bible has the answer to our problems. Like a wise physician, God has diagnosed the human race and found it to fall far short of His standards. Now that is a serious problem. God has not only diagnosed human guilt but He has provided the remedy for human guilt as well.

God's remedy for human guilt is forgiveness. God is offering an amnesty to each member of the human race - complete forgiveness based on the death of Christ upon the cross. When Jesus of Nazareth died upon that cross outside the city walls of Jerusalem, God was present, laying upon His Son the penalty of a guilty race. The Bible speaks of a sinless Saviour, one who died on the behalf of others. He Himself being God and, at the same time man, is able to touch both the righteous throne of God and the human race. This is the central theme of the Bible, the gospel which is the good news of salvation.

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that

whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

                                                              John 3:16
